Sport isn't just a good way to keep children's bodies healthy, but it also has psychological benefits and teaches them important life skills too.
Organised sport has many psychological and social benefits for children – even more than the physical activity during play. Researchers believe this is because children benefit from the social aspects of being in a group environment, and from the involvement of other children.
Our sessions for home Schooled children cover multi sports as well as football and gives home educated children the opportunity to participate in our weekly sessions and sharpening their skills as well as socialising with other children.
Participating and competing in sports is an important part of a child's ’ social life and education, as for public school children. The flexibility of routine and schedules simply make it easier to practice and shift schoolwork to other times of the day.
Please see our SESSIONS AND LOCATION page for times and information on when these sessions take place.
